Ms. Duca holds a degree in Law and in Business Law and has specialized in Public International Law. Since 2021 she has worked for the Austrian Federal Ministry of Defense and has in particular dealt with new technologies and domains, such as AI, autonomy, cyber and outer space. As a Legal Expert on these matters she is regularly part of the Austrian delegation at the United Nations in Geneva, New York and Vienna representing Austria’s interests in different international fora. She also frequently holds guest lectures at the University of Vienna and Graz as well as at the Theresan Military Academy in Wiener Neustadt.
