Antti Hartikainen since July 2019 has been serving as the Head of EU Advisory Mission in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine). Previously Mr Hartikainen served as Director General of the Finnish Customs and held international positions such as Head of the EU Integrated Border Management Assistance Mission in Libya, Team Leader for the EU Advisory Group to the Republic of Armenia, Deputy Head of Mission of the European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM). Mr Hartikainen’s career of more than 20 years also includes service in the Finnish Border Guard where his last positions in the Border Guard HQ were the Director for International Affairs, Head of Planning and Finance Unit and Deputy Head of the Border and Coast Guard Division.
