Harold Linke, is Founder and CEO of HALITECH GmbH, a German SME, with over 18 years of experience in public safety communication, initiating and coordinating EU- ESA and CELTIC projects. Harold is supporting public safety services and organisations in implementing public safety communication solutions and services.

Harold started his career after studying electronics in Munich at Siemens Germany as a software developer for communication systems. Harold is still active in several EU and CELTIC projects focusing on public safety communication and traffic management. Harold was chairman of the PSCE Industrial Committee and Member of the PSCE board.
