Kuangran Li

Kuangran Li is an Assistant Researcher at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, specializing in international investment law, financial regulation, and global governance. He received his Ph.D. from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Law School, where his research focused on the intersection of international economic law, sovereign borrowing and lending, and global governance.

He holds an LL.B. in International Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, and LL.M. degrees in comparative law from McGill University and American law from Boston University. His research has been published in prominent journals and he has presented his findings at international conferences on topics related to financial law and global governance.

Dr. Li has been actively involved in various research projects related to sovereign debt management, international investment treaties, and the role of financial technologies in global legal frameworks. He has participated in multiple research projects related to international organizations, offshore finance, and dispute resolution.
