Marion Neunkirchner has a background in both social work and sociology. In her research projects, she combines her multi-perspective experiences from social work in prison and from lecturing sociology of technology. As a PhD student at the University of Vienna, Marion holds a scholarship from the Gesellschaft für Forschungsförderung NÖ where she is employed at the Bertha von Suttner Private University and the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten, Ilse Arlt Institut für Inklusionsforschung. Her research focuses on organizational studies, domestic violence, and the development and use of technologies in prison settings.
