Monica M. Ender studied law in Innsbruck and worked in a law firm before she started studying political and social theory. During her master´s degree, she focused her research on risk communication and the interactions with the collective behaviour of the population in crises. She is employed in the research project RESIST, which investigates the resilience of drinking water supply in Austria, where she can deepen her research interests. Currently she writes her master´s thesis on the topic of mindset, risk perception and logics of action in the context of water scarcity.
