University degrees in IT engineering and Law, currently student of Political science in Kaunas University of Technology. Worked for 15 years as Lithuanian police detective fighting organized crime and corruption, also for more than 4 years was in advisory EU Advisory Mission to Ukraine advising on the Security Sector Reforms (SSR). On behalf of Lithuania and Kaunas University of Technology, as nominated EU Civilian Coordinator for Trainings (CCT) responsible to advise EU Civilian Training Group (EUCTG) on managing CSDP civilian training environment by identifying, analysing, monitoring and assessing training requirements for Policing 4.0 training area. Currently employed at European Public Prosecutors Office (EPPO).
