Trent Nelson is currently a Senior Information and Computer Security Officer with the Division of Nuclear Security, Department of Nuclear Safety and Security for the International Atomic Energy Agency. He is responsible for leading the Information and Computer Security Programme activities to assist member states in awareness, implementation, and development of a nuclear security regime. Prior to his role within IAEA, he was a Cyber Security Consultant for Critical Infrastructure, worked directly with asset owners for 13 years to identify cyber security weakness, and developed mitigation techniques to defend against cyber attacks.
