He is an associate professor at the Institute of Special Communications an Information Protection, which is a structural unit of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine and the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
He is also a member of the ADL Working Group of the PfP Consortium.

He ist a former colonel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and was the head of the first distance learning centre in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

His research interests include e-learning, e-democracy, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
