Dr. Michael Heinlein is a Sociologist of work and knowledge and has been a researcher at ISF Munich since 2018. He previously worked at the Universities of Munich, Erlangen-Nuremberg, and Koblenz-Landau, among others, as a substitute professor for Sociology. His research interests include in particular the digitalization of work and organizations, the sociality of artificial intelligence, the sociotechnical practice of humans and machines, and knowledge and memory.
